You will also handle confidential records, draft correspondence, assist in project development, and coordinate program support while traveling 15-20% for meetings.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative support experience
Preferred:
- Experience supporting senior level executives in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Sharepoint, and Concur
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Project management experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
