About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will analyze customer needs and facilitate activities internally with various departments including Engineering, OMS, Quotes, Production, and Distribution. You will manage customer projects, ensure quotes are fulfilled, and orders are shipped to specification. The role requires a consultative approach, collaboration with team members, and the ability to exercise discretion in prioritizing orders and offering solutions to meet customer needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience in a technical/solutions-focused customer service or sales setting.
Preferred:
- Ability to educate customers by phone and email on the proper usage of products.
- Knowledge of lighting industry standard verbiage.
