About the Role
As a Programming Assistant, you will be responsible for front desk services, clerical duties, assisting with the Ram Pantry and other events, conducting research for monthly activities, and providing customer service. You will also help maintain the Center's social media platforms and present information to students and visitors.
About You
Required:
- Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
- Ability to work both remotely and in the Center as needed.
- Knowledge of technical skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher (or other creative design programs).
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and social skills.
Preferred:
- Schedules that fit the front desk operational requirements and coverage.
- Knowledge of the campus programs and policies.
- Knowledge of the MC Programs and Activities.
