About the Role
As a Program Specialist I, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Arizona Behavioral Health System of Care programs, developing project plans, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. You will also develop training modules, collaborate on funding opportunities, and lead cross-departmental teams to enhance program development and quality improvement efforts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of behavioral or physical health program experience.
Preferred:
- Prior experience with Non-title grants.
- Knowledge of Arizona Behavioral Health System of Care.
- 3+ years of program administration and/or management experience.
