- Two years and six months of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with federal employment programs and training services, particularly WIOA, RESEA, and ES programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
