About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating complex product/program implementations. Your tasks will include developing project plans, managing budgets, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with business outcomes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for program management inquiries and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or a healthcare related field.
- 8+ years of program/project management experience with focus on client and product implementation.
- 4+ years in Healthcare Payer with Business and IT Solutions for self-funded client implementation.
Preferred:
- Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Payer Administration with client implementation and product enablement.
- Stakeholder management skills in large complex project/program with internal and external teams.
