Summary
Progress Foundation is seeking a Program Director for their adult psychiatric acute residential treatment program in Santa Rosa, CA. The role involves overseeing all operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing clinical and administrative leadership.
About the Role
As the Program Director, you will be responsible for promoting social rehabilitation philosophy, liaising with the County's mental health system, supervising clinical staff, monitoring client documentation, ensuring facility upkeep, and providing direct client services as needed. You will also ensure compliance with licensing regulations and manage staff scheduling.
About You
Required:
- AA in any field with 6 years of experience in a mental health-related field, or BA in any field with 4 years of experience, or MA in any field with 2 years of experience.
- MHRS Certification is required.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Specific experience in residential treatment and/or knowledge of social rehabilitation.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills with staff, clients, and other providers.
