About the Role
As a Program Director, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing designated programs that support Youth Development Outcomes, ensuring compliance with childcare licensing requirements, and evaluating Club programs continually. You will also supervise program staff and volunteers, manage program expenditures, and increase visibility of Club programs through various communication channels.
About You
Required:
- At least 20 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with children totaling 2000 hours or relevant educational qualifications.
Preferred:
- A minimum of an associate’s degree in child development, education, or a related field.
- Certification of successful completion of training as a recreation director.
