About the Role
As a Program Coordinator 1, you will provide leadership and supervision of the home, develop person-centered plans, manage daily operations, ensure adequate staffing, perform program scheduling, and assist individuals with personal care needs and community involvement.
About You
Required:
- A valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
- Education related to human services, education, or health, with full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- A four-year degree with at least one year of work experience in the field.
- A combination of a two-year degree and at least two years of experience in the field.
- A diploma from a post-secondary institution and three years of experience in the field.
- Four years of work experience in the field with 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities.
