Summary

StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to join their team in Patuxent River, MD, supporting Operations at a NAVAIR PMA office.

About the Role

As a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst, you will provide program management support to the ACAT I/II Deputy Program Manager, develop program presentations, ensure schedule and risk tools are updated, provide acquisition support, assist with budgetary reviews, engage with stakeholders, develop communication plans, facilitate meetings, and manage timelines for task deadlines.

About You

Required:

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in program/project management.
Master's Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience in program offices coordinating multiple programs.
Experience in ship integration and early program lifecycle support.
