Fiserv is seeking a Lead Professional Services Technical Consultant to join their team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The role involves leading the implementation and support of ACH solutions for financial institutions, acting as a bridge between client needs and Fiserv's technology offerings.
About the Role
As a Lead Professional Services Technical Consultant, you will present yourself as a confident ACH Technical Consulting professional, serve as the technical leader for project-based assignments, and work with cross-functional teams to install and test high availability Payments applications. You will also install, configure, troubleshoot, and smoke test Fiserv products using technologies such as JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services, while providing technical platform support documentation as needed.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.
6+ years of experience in technical consulting with a focus on ACH solutions.
6+ years of experience with JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot, and web services.
5+ years of experience with PEP+ Direct, PEP+ Exchange, and CommonView.
5+ years of experience with IBM Websphere, Weblogic, Apigee, and Mulesoft.
5+ years of experience with DB2 and SQL.
Preferred:
8+ years of experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
7+ years of experience with system integration and architecture.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar are highly desirable.
Strong Plus - Install, configure, trouble-shoot and smoke test Fiserv ACH PEP+ system using IBM Mainframe TSO/ISPF, DB2, CICS, MQ, JCL.

Competitive salary range of $100k–$165.6k.
