As a Professional Services Project Billing Specialist, you will manage monthly billing for multiple Engagement Managers, ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, and handle complex billing scenarios. You will also maintain detailed billing documentation, respond to inquiries, and support special billing projects, all while working in a collaborative environment.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of Project Billing Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a professional services environment
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure
