ADP is seeking a Professional Services Product Owner to lead the development of their payroll service offering in El Paso, TX. This role involves evaluating the current portfolio, identifying gaps, and designing a competitive payroll service aligned with business objectives.
About the Role
As a Professional Services Product Owner, you will be responsible for the full commercialization lifecycle of payroll services, including strategic service development, commercialization and program leadership, cross-functional collaboration, new service enablement, and operationalization. You will evaluate current offerings, conduct competitive analysis, lead the end-to-end commercialization process, and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
About You
Required:
5–8+ years of experience in product ownership, service design, or product management.
Proven experience launching and scaling service-based offerings in a competitive market.
Strong background in service design and operational readiness.
Demonstrated success collaborating across business functions and building strategic partnerships.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
5–8+ years of experience in product ownership, service design, or product management ideally within payroll, HR services, SaaS, or B2B services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience in the payroll or HCM (Human Capital Management) industry.
Familiarity with agile service/product development methodologies.
Understanding of go-to-market strategies and service marketing principles.
