About You
Required:
- J.D. or similar degree.
- 5+ years of Professional Liability Litigation experience.
- Ability to take and defend depositions and work with expert witnesses.
- Active and in good standing with the State Bar of NY.
Preferred:
- Experience with legal malpractice, errors and omissions for architects and engineers, and employment law.
- Strong medical malpractice experience.
