About the Role
As an Entry-Level Production Worker, you will work under supervision in pressing operations, shearing, and grinding. Your responsibilities will include reading production instructions, inspecting equipment, operating production machinery, measuring finished parts, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will also learn to comply with OSHA and environmental regulations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills along with mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and follow verbal and written directions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred:
- One to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
