Highbrow LLC is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join their team remotely, specifically in the EST/CST time zones. The role involves providing technical support for production applications and systems, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting issues.
About the Role
As a Production Support Engineer, you will be responsible for CA Server Automation, troubleshooting Windows systems in multi-tier environments, providing 24/7 on-call support, creating monitoring scripts, and recommending performance improvements. You will also act as a point of escalation for customer issues, participate in project coordination, and maintain technical documentation.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of IT experience in a technical production support role with a background in Windows Systems Administration and/or Windows development.
- Solid experience scripting in PowerShell.
- Hands-on knowledge of writing SQL for Oracle or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of ITIL production support best practices.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with CA Server Automation including CA ITCM.
- Knowledge of Azure.
- Familiarity with Splunk and ExtraHop.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
