About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring staff or managing a process or project.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and coach employees in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to work long hours and weekends.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of food processing and manufacturing operations.
- Bilingual skills.
