About the Role
As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will provide leadership in crew safety, training, and adherence to policies. You will assess employee performance, coordinate production activities, assist with maintenance, and manage priorities to support uptime and reliability goals. Your role will also include direct supervision of employees and continuous improvement of safety performance while producing quality products.
About You
Required:
- 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on both days and nights, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Paper Science or Mechanical) or related field.
- Associate degree in Engineering (Chemical, Paper Science or Mechanical) or related field with 2 or more years supervisory experience.
- 2 years or more of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Paper and/or Pulp manufacturing experience.
