About the Role
The Production Operator / Process Associate will contribute to a safety-first culture, operate and monitor production machines, read and document operating parameters, detect and correct defective materials, maintain facility cleanliness and organization, work rotating 8 to 12 hour shifts with opportunities for consecutive days off, respond urgently to line challenges, and collaborate within a team environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to urgently address situations requiring quick response.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform job functions.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements using calculator and ruler.
Preferred:
- Previous manufacturing experience.
