About the Role
As a Site Quality Manager, you will manage quality inspections throughout all stages of fabrication, particularly for pressure vessels, ensuring compliance with ASME, ISO, and other regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of inspectors, overseeing inspections for incoming materials and final products, managing quality documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in ASME pressure vessel manufacturing and inspection.
- Strong knowledge of ASME BPVC (Sections II, V, VIII, IX) and weld symbols.
- Familiar with ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma, and quality audit processes.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with calibration programs, supplier quality investigations, and QA systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
