- Five (5) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations leadership.
- Background in paper converting, packaging, or related industries.
- Experience in hiring and developing skilled, motivated teams.
- Familiarity with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
