About You
- College degree in Agricultural Science or related field, or comparable experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a meat production facility and 2+ years supervising employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of meat production processes and equipment.
- HACCP Certification and strong knowledge of GMPs, quality regulatory requirements and systems.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
