About the Role
As a Production Manager - Press Parts, you will be responsible for achieving annual operating goals related to Delivery, Quality, and Productivity. You will supervise and develop value stream employees, create a culture of responsibility and ownership, and oversee all operations in the department to maximize capacity and efficiency. You will face challenges such as ensuring successful communication across shifts, driving improvements in daily operations, and managing fluctuations in product mix and volumes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing.
- 2-5 years technical or leadership experience (with degree) or 10 years without degree.
- Proven success in problem solving and completing projects.
- Proficient in use of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Technical problem solving skills.
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
