About the Role
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for tasks such as assembly, cleaning, machine loading and unloading, molding, trimming, packaging, quality inspection, sorting, and labeling. You will ensure that parts produced meet customer quality requirements, participate in continuous improvement activities, and maintain a clean work area while promoting safety efforts.
About You
Required:
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, and stand throughout the shift.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes.
