Pump.co is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own the positioning, messaging, and launches that fuel awareness, adoption, and revenue. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales.
About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across all channels. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand the platform and translate features into customer benefits. Your tasks will include writing high-quality content, leading SEO strategy, managing PR efforts, planning events, creating sales collateral, tracking marketing KPIs, conducting market research, and aligning messaging with the demand generation team.
About You
Required:
3–6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
Proven experience with SEO, PR outreach, content marketing, and event strategy.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with platforms like Twilio and Courier (or similar communication APIs).
Strong project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, or similar.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, startup environment.
Able to work 5 days a week onsite in our San Francisco office.
