Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is seeking a Product Manager, Volunteer Platform to manage and enhance their volunteer platform, supporting ministry teams and advancing the organization's mission through effective product management.

The Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of the volunteer platform, providing technical expertise and guidance to ministry teams, articulating product vision aligned with strategic goals, facilitating product development with the development team, managing the product roadmap based on user feedback and priorities, collecting and prioritizing user requirements, analyzing KPIs to inform decisions, engaging with users for continual product refinement, guiding data migration and validation, serving as the main contact for platform inquiries, providing training and support for new departments, testing and troubleshooting the application, and staying current with industry best practices in product development and volunteer management.
