About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with engineering, support, sales, and marketing teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for WordPress developers and agencies. Your responsibilities will include defining product strategy, engaging with customers to identify pain points, collaborating on feature requirements, and ensuring effective communication of new features.
About You
Required:
- 4–6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or hosting.
- Experience working in the WordPress ecosystem.
- Strong customer focus, particularly in understanding developer and agency needs.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and communicate effectively.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with developer tooling, APIs, or infrastructure/hosting platforms.
- Experience in product marketing or technical writing.
- Public speaking experience or a desire to represent the brand in various forums.
