About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing short and long-term strategies for the Roller Chain Division. Your duties will include conducting market research, collaborating with sales teams, identifying new product opportunities, providing technical support, developing pricing strategies, creating annual sales budgets, and leading marketing efforts to promote the brand.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of successful product management, technical sales, or application engineering experience with a manufacturing company.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Bachelor's degree required, technical degree a plus.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a group across all levels of the organization.
- Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office, high-level Excel experience a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
