About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
- 6+ years experience with multiple programming languages such as Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, SQL/NoSQL, and unit testing frameworks.
- 5+ years experience designing and architecting enterprise solutions.
- 5+ years hands-on experience with cloud-native engineering using FaaS, PaaS, and micro-services on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- 1+ years experience with AI/ML and GenAI.
- Experience with Business Context Diagrams, sequence/activity/state/entity relationship/data flow diagrams, OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, and code instrumentation.
- Experience using methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube to deliver high-quality products rapidly.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to handle diverse situations and complex projects.
- Passion for learning new technologies and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with deployment techniques like Blue-Green and Canary deployments to minimize downtime and enable A/B testing.
- Ability to travel up to 10% on average.
