Qurrent is seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join their team in San Francisco, CA, focusing on building AI-agent solutions that drive the company's AI Transformation.
About the Role
As a Product Engineer at Qurrent, you will leverage cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) to build reliable multi-AI agent workflows, develop Python applications aligned with project requirements, collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to rethink business processes through AI, create bespoke AI solutions, and productize valuable use cases for reuse across customers. You will also have opportunities to shape the future of AI solutions, grow into leadership roles, own equity in a high-growth startup, and continuously learn in an innovative environment.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience building complex technical projects in Python, preferably in AI or related technology sectors.
- Technical and conversational fluency in AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, fine tuning, or other LLM-based tools.
- Proficiency in process mapping and process re-engineering with a passion for optimizing workflows.
- Proficiency in full-stack software development or willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
- Experience deploying ML/AI into production and knowledge of best practices and pitfalls.
- Experience creating effective demos and presentations for pre-sales engagements.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects exceeding customer expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, consultative, and communication skills, with ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience working with bespoke AI solutions or custom technology implementations.
- Familiarity with customer research methodologies and a passion for understanding user needs.
