About the Role

As a Processing Technician, you will operate a Dough Table and/or a Donut King, ingredient mixing equipment, filling equipment, proofing and frying equipment. You will perform process controls, maintain cleanliness, communicate effectively with team members, and ensure product quality through testing and corrective actions.

About You

Required:

High School graduate or GED; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Preferred:

Experience in food processing or manufacturing environments.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and interpret graphs.
