Summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Process Technician III for the 1st Shift in Maple Grove, MN. The role involves providing process support for the Process Development teams, focusing on the development of medical device products and process technologies.

About the Role

As a Process Technician III, you will be responsible for hands-on operation, maintenance, and optimization of assembly and test equipment. Your tasks will include analyzing and implementing manufacturing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting product testing, and managing small to medium projects within Process Development.

About You

Required:

3 years of relevant experience with High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience, education, training, or apprenticeships.

Preferred:

Strong mechanical aptitude.
2-year degree in a technical field.
MS Office experience.
Product testing experience.
Experience with BMRAM and Windchill systems.
Hands-on experience with product and process development projects.
Medical device manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
