Summary

About the Role
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating automated filling equipment, adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting leadership on the manufacturing floor. Your tasks will include monitoring documentation, assisting in training shift operators, and driving departmental objectives related to safety and productivity.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work night shift (1800 to 0630) on a rotational schedule.
- Ability to work overtime.
- Ability to wear safety equipment and work in a clean room environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- Scientific/technical degrees or certifications.
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).
- Previous experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Experience with solution filling equipment and/or isolator technology.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
