About the Role

As a Process Lead, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, including packing orders, receiving inventory, completing audits, supporting associate teams, directing activities, escalating issues, ensuring checklist completion, managing facility operations and delivery processes, training new associates, manual driver routing, shelf moves, executing site-specific projects, conducting audits, meeting performance objectives, troubleshooting defects, and handling products including tobacco, nicotine, and alcohol. The role requires physical activity such as standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, walking, and working in freezer locations.

About You

Required:

Minimum 2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent.
Ability to work fluid schedules including peak hours (5pm - 3am), weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk during shifts, and lift up to 49 pounds.
Team-oriented mentality.

Preferred:

1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies.
ServeSafe Certification.
