About You
- Bachelor's degree (or actively pursuing) in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to scope issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage both technical teams and business leaders.
- Demonstrated strength in project management, adaptability, and prioritizing multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and supporting flexible schedules as needed.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Knowledge of Lean tools, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with test systems, instrumentation technologies, PLCs, or automated equipment.
- Experience with databases (SQL, AWS, Oracle) or programming languages (C#, Python, Java, C++).
- Working knowledge of statistical tools (e.g., Minitab) for process analysis.
- Understanding of regulatory standards (UL, ANSI, ISO, EHS).
