About the Role
As a PRN Therapist, you will be responsible for obtaining assessments, conducting individual and group therapy on assigned cases, completing documentation per policy and procedure, coordinating case management and discharge planning, and participating in continuing education activities. You will also assist in developing and maintaining community resource information to support patient care.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
