About the Role
As a Principal Visual Designer, you will translate complex AI-driven interactions into warm, human, and trustworthy experiences. You will define and drive the visual design vision, establish craft quality standards, extend the design system, partner with cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and lead explorations into new paradigms for conversational experiences.
About You
Required:
- Deep experience (12+ years) in product/visual design, including senior leadership in conversational, agentic, or AI-driven experiences.
- A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of visual craft in digital products, with evidence of scaling conversational or agentic systems.
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to partner credibly with executives, engineers, and researchers.
Preferred:
- Recognized as a mentor and culture-builder, able to develop talent and set organizational craft standards.
- Passionate about designing for trust, inclusivity, and safety.
