About You
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- Experience with requirements development, decomposition, software verification, and generating system and segment-level test procedures.
- Experience working on Agile programs and methodology.
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence).
- Experience with Cameo and DOORS.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Technical experience developing and fielding command and control systems (TT&C, Flight Dynamics, etc) for Space Systems.
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Experience serving as a team Scrum Master, or an understanding of Agile Scrum Master roles and responsibilities.
