Summary

Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP Convergent Charging Consultant to join their team in Detroit, MI. The role involves leading consulting efforts to define problem statements, evaluate solutions, and provide recommendations for SAP Convergent Charging implementations.

About the Role

As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for planning configuration activities, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing effort estimates that align with customer budgets. You will also assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design, and support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions for clients.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred:

At least 11 years of experience in BRIM Convergent Charging implementations with end-to-end knowledge of BRIM process flow.
Experience with CC upgrades from 4.0 to 2023 FS03.
Integration experience with SAP CM for usage-related data and CITs generation.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging Core tool, Admin tool, and Bart tool.
Experience in Chargeable Item Class, Pricing Macro, Charge Plan, and Rating & Charging for various charges.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in 1 or 2 End to End SAP BRIM projects.
