About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the product plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate strategies and results to key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing vision and strategy for growth products, aligning multiple teams, defining roadmaps based on customer needs, managing product backlogs, and driving product launches aligned with company goals.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience.
- 4+ years of user-facing experience in eCommerce, technology, SAAS, or multi-sided marketplaces.
- Proven abilities in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment.
- Experience presenting business reviews to senior executives.
- Lean mindset focused on delivering customer value and optimizing workflows.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical projects from inception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in growth-focused engineering projects or A/B testing frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
