- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS-based software company serving the Construction & Field Service industries.
- Experience in defining and managing a product roadmap.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop clear recommendations.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to operationalize and execute plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in matrixed organizations and driving results through collaboration.
- Passion for building innovative products and solving complex customer problems.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
