About the Role
As a Principal Product Manager, you will define and drive the roadmap for enterprise search, partner with ML research and engineering teams, manage the full product lifecycle, leverage user research to shape product direction, and mentor a team of Product Managers. This role is critical in enhancing user experience and supporting the company's growth ambitions.
About You
Required:
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks with experience in building GenAI, LLM, NLP, or context-aware search solutions.
- 6+ years in software product management, including at least 4 years in search, knowledge graph, conversational AI, or information retrieval.
- Proven ability to evaluate emerging capabilities and translate them into differentiated product offerings.
- A track record of delivering customer-centric solutions through data-driven insights.
- Exceptional skill in navigating ambiguity and making strategic decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience in high growth startup(s).
