About the Role

As a Principal Benefits Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of US and international leave of absence processes, including Paid Time Off and Workers Compensation. You will design and implement scalable process flows, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, manage vendor relationships, and provide exceptional support to employees and HR teams.

About You

Required:

5-7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, focusing on leave of absence programs.
Deep subject matter expertise in US leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PFL, etc.) and understanding of international leave legislation.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred:

Experience managing both US (multi-state) and international leave programs.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, particularly Workday.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
