About the Role
As a Principal Animation and Motion Designer, you will lead the creative vision and strategic direction for motion across brand, product, and marketing. You will establish scalable motion systems, create broadcast-quality video outputs, and drive high-visibility brand and product launches. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to embed motion into user experiences and mentoring other designers.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in motion design, creative direction, and design systems across digital and product platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing motion systems at scale.
- Deep technical expertise in After Effects, Lottie, Premiere, Figma, and 3D or programmatic animation tools.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and influence skills, especially with executive stakeholders.
- An innovation-forward mindset, constantly experimenting and evolving your craft.
