Your responsibilities include consulting on organization design, change management, team effectiveness, leadership effectiveness, and employee coaching engagements.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years OR Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience in learning and development, adult learning, training, organization development or HR field in a large, complex professional environment.
Certified executive coach.
Superior relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated excellence in facilitation.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Learning & Development, or related discipline.
