About the Role
As a Primary Therapist, you will coordinate, monitor, and plan behavioral health care services tailored to the individual needs of patients. Your responsibilities will include completing documentation for intake, assessment, treatment planning, and discharge, collaborating with clinical staff to explore treatment options, establishing relationships with patients and families, and completing aftercare referrals while demonstrating problem-solving and positive communication skills.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in behavioral health field from an accredited college or university.
- American Heart Association – Healthcare Provider CPR or American Red Cross CPR, Professional Rescuer required/provided upon hire.
Preferred:
- CT licensure in appropriate professional designation (e.g., Licensed Master Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Professional Counselor).
- Previous behavioral health experience or internship work.
