As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will lead efforts to prevent biofilm in equipment, conduct sanitization validations, and ensure compliance with sanitization protocols. You will also manage inventory, maintain documentation, mentor new staff, and foster a culture of teamwork and safety.
About You
Required:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and cleaning materials as required.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years in cleaning, sanitization, and preventative maintenance in a relevant industry.
- 1-3 years of strategic planning skills to align cleaning activities with production schedules.
