About the Role
As a Preschool Support Teacher, you will be responsible for promoting the social, emotional, intellectual, language, and physical development of each child in a safe educational environment. Your duties will include assisting the Lead Teacher with curriculum development, preparing lessons, supervising children, and occasionally leading group instruction. You will also meet weekly with the teaching team to plan and maintain a clean learning environment.
About You
Required:
- Passionate about working with children.
- 2-3 years experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- High School Diploma/GED required; ideal candidate has or will have a degree in early childhood or elementary education.
Preferred:
- Enthusiasm for the opportunities and challenges inherent in working with children.
- A positive attitude and flexible approach.
