About the Role
As a Preschool Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in your classroom, adapting curriculum to meet individual needs, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a healthy and safe environment. You will also engage in professional development, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with parents.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience teaching in an early childhood environment.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in early childhood education or equivalent field.
- Passion for working with youth and adolescents.
