About the Role
As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments, developing client relationships, coordinating project requests, assembling preconstruction deliverables, and leading the estimating process. You will also participate in contract negotiations, develop project schedules, and provide guidance to the project team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with a strong emphasis on management.
- Minimum of 5 years of preconstruction management or estimating experience.
- Knowledge of building systems and the construction process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work efficiently as a leader of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with Destini Software.
